The sponsorship form on the current site collects money, a logo file upload and a full mailing address through Gravity Forms, with PayPal Checkout and a Braintree credit card gateway behind it. Payment processing is not rebuilt here because the merchant accounts, the notification address and the fulfilment process all have to be confirmed first.
Nothing on this page takes a payment or sends a message yet. The field list, the tier logic and the amounts captured from the live form are recorded in the build notes so the replacement can be wired up once those decisions are made.
